Appointment - Head of Corporate Development and Capital Markets
Market Tech Holdings Limited (MKT: AIM), the holding company that combines iconic London real estate assets with an e-commerce business and owns and manages the main Camden Markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Georg Bucher as Head of Corporate Development and Capital Marketswith immediate effect.
Mr Bucher joins the Group from Berenberg Bank where he was Head of Corporate Finance EMEA, having spent 14 years working on IPOs; secondary issues; and private equity fundraisings, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. Prior to joining Berenberg, Mr Bucher worked at Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Banking.
Commenting on the appointment Market Tech's Chairman, Neil Sachdev, said:
