RPS Group PLC16 June 2005 RPS Group plc Appointment of Non Executive Director RPS Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen McPherson, MA, BA(aged 53) as a Non Executive Director, with immediate effect. Karen has been a Non Executive Director of F&C Asset Management plc since 1998and is currently Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of theNomination Committee. Karen has extensive Human Resources experience andcurrently runs her own independent HR consultancy business, Potential Unlimited,which she founded in 2000. Prior to this Karen worked for F&C Management plc from 1996 to 1998 as Directorand Head of Human Resources. She also previously worked for JP Morgan andChemical Bank. In accordance with paragraph 16.4 of the listing rules, she has not been adirector of any other publicly quoted company in the last five years and thereis no information to be disclosed under paragraph 6.F.2 (b) to (g).
