Cyan Holdings Plc08 June 2006 Press Release 8 June 2006 Cyan Holdings Plc ("Cyan" or "the Group") Cyan Technology appoints German distribution company to sell eCOG microcontrollers Technical strength and application of CyanIDE will influence Cyan's microcontroller business across two continents Cyan Holdings Plc (AIM: CYAN.L), the fabless semiconductor company specialisingin the development of low power consumption, configurable microcontroller chips,has appointed high-tech Germany-based distribution company Glyn GmbH to sellCyan's low power highly-reconfigurable eCOG microcontrollers. Primarilytargeting Germany, this agreement will also develop business for Cyan inAustria, Norway, Sweden, Australia and New Zealand. With a turn-over in excess of 100million Euros Glyn is now Cyan's largestdistributor outside China where Cyan has already seen significant design-ins andorders. Increasingly they needmore functionality but with lower power consumption. Right now very few devicesreally meet those requirements.
