Tanzanite One Limited07 December 2005 7 December 2005 Tanzanite One Limited Board The Board of Tanzanite One Limited (Tanzanite One or the Company) announce todaythe appointment of Mr Gustav Stenbolt as an independent non-executive directorto replace Mr von Opel who has advised the company of his retirement from theBoard due to increasing business commitments. The Board of Tanzanite One wish to thank Mr von Opel for his contribution to theCompany during his tenure as director and wish him continued success in hisfuture activities. Mr Stenbolt has nominated Mr Phillip LeibundGut to act as his alternatedirector. There are no further disclosures to be made in relation to Mr Stenbolt's appointment under paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM rules. A furtherannouncement will be released shortly setting out the information required byparagraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules in relation to Mr LeibundGut.
