Application for cancellation of listing on the Official List and of trading on the standard segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange of Common Stock

JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("JPMorgan Chase") announces that it has made an application (i) to the UK Listing Authority for its common stock with a par value of US$1.00 each (ISIN: US46625H1005) (the "Common Stock") to be delisted from the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Official List (the "Official List") and (ii) to the London Stock Exchange plc to cancel trading of the Common Stock on the standard segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (together, the "Cancellation").

It is anticipated that the Cancellation will take effect at 8:00 a.m. (London time) on Monday, July 10, 2017.

JPMorgan Chase intends to continue to maintain the listing of its debt securities on the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange.
