Application for Removal of Harvest from the Official List of the ASX

Harvest Minerals Limited (Harvest or the Company) (ASX/AIM: HMI) announces that following its application to the Australian Securities Exchange Ltd (ASX) as announced on 26 May 2016, it has received conditional approval under ASX Listing Rule 17.11 for the removal of the Company from the official list of the ASX (Official List).

Harvest is currently listed on two securities exchanges - the Official List and the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM).

The nominated time and date at which Harvest will be removed from the Official List is 4:00pm (AEST) Friday, 22 July 2016. Following removal from the Official List, Harvest's securities will continue to be listed on AIM.

Formal notice will be sent to all security holders whose securities are held on the Company's Australian register (Australian Shareholders) on Friday, 17 June 2016.

A copy of the conditional approval from ASX, received on the 31 May 2016 is attached to this announcement.
