Application for listing of shares

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange to admit 876,671 shares in Big Yellow Group PLC ("Shares") to the official list and admit to trading on The London Stock Exchange. The Shares are to be issued to Barclays Wealth Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, in its capacity as trustee of the Big Yellow Group PLC Employee Benefit Trust, for the purpose of making awards under the Long Term Bonus Performance Plan. Admission of the new shares is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 21 November, 2012.
