Application for Listing

SEGRO plc

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 69,690 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 18 May 2018.

These Shares are being issued to satisfy certain remuneration arrangements in relation to the Company's exclusive partnership with Roxhill Development Group announced on 18 February 2016.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
