Application for Blocklisting

St Ives plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each by way of a blocklisting to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities.

These shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The shares will be issued pursuant to the following Company schemes:

· HMRC Approved and Unapproved Discretionary Executive Share Option Scheme

· HMRC Unapproved Long Term Incentive Plan

· All-Employee Sharesave Scheme
