Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of, and the London Stock Exchange for, the admission of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1.89p pursuant to the Dialight plc Performance Share Plan and 100,000 ordinary shares of 1.89p pursuant to the Dialight plc Annual Performance Bonus Plan, to the Official List. These shares have not yet been allotted or issued at this time.

On issue, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
