Application for Block Listing
Charter Court Financial Services Group plc ("Charter Court" or the "Company"), one of the UK's leading specialist challenger banks, announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 190,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission is expected to be effective on 25 September 2018. These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Company's 2017 Performance Share Plan to satisfy an all employee share award granted in October 2017.
