Pursuant to awards made under the Dialight plc (LSE:DIA) Performance Share Plan, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of, and the London Stock Exchange for, the admission of 460,000 ordinary shares of 1.89p each, to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to take place on Thursday 17 March 2011. These shares have not yet been allotted or issued at this time.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
