Application for admission of shares

Ocado Group plc ("Ocado") announces that application has been made for 3,990,799 of its ordinary shares of 2 pence, issued pursuant to the Ocado Joint Share Ownership Scheme, to be admitted to trading on the market for listed securities of The London Stock Exchange and to The Official List of the UK Listing Authority. Such ordinary shares shall rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of Ocado.
