Application for Admission of Over-Allotment Shares
Horizon announces that on 5 March 2010 it allotted 509,700 ordinary shares (the "Over-Allotment Shares") in accordance with the terms of the over-allotment option exercised by Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, acting as stabilising manager in connection with the placing of Horizon's ordinary shares, on 10 February 2010.
Application has been made for the Over-Allotment Shares to be admitted to secondary listing on the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. Dealings in the Over-Allotment Shares are expected to commence on 9 March 2010.
Following admission of the Over-Allotment Shares, there will be 40,514,700 ordinary shares in issue.
