Application for admission of new shares to AIM
Further to the announcement on 30 April 2013, regarding the conversion of £350,000 debt for shares, Environmental Recycling Technologies ("ERT" or "the Company") (AIM: ENRT), which has developed and commercialised the patented rights to the Powder Impression Moulding ("PIM") process which converts mixed waste plastics into commercial end products, confirms that application has today been made for the 28m new ordinary shares ("New Ordinary shares") to be admitted to AIM and for dealings to commence with effect from 7 May 2013.
Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares and completion of the Open Offer and Capital Reorganisation, the Company's issued share capital will comprise a total of 869,752,133 ordinary shares of 0.25p each. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 869,752,133.
The above figure (869,752,133 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
