Application for Additional Listing
Entertainment One Ltd. announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 778,516 common shares of no par value each in the capital of the Company (the 'Shares') to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The Shares will be issued to satisfy additional consideration in relation to the Group's acquisition of Renegade 83 (as announced on 24 March 2016) and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued common shares of the Company.
As outlined in the original announcement, the additional consideration is linked to the EBITDA performance of Renegade 83 to 31 December 2016. The LA-based production company had a strong year and that momentum has continued into 2017 with the ongoing success of established shows such as Naked and Afraid XL, upcoming shows such as VH1's Scared Famous, and a number of new series in the pipeline.
Admission of the Shares is expected to be effective on 6 July 2017.
