Centamin Egypt Limited ("Centamin" or "the Company")

APPLICATION FOR ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Centamin Egypt Limited to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. These shares were issued as a result of the exercise of unquoted options on 09 June 2010 and will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of Centamin Egypt Limited. Details of these unquoted options can be found within the Prospectus.

This admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence in these shares on 16 June 2010.
