Application for additional listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 2,050,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Kea to be admitted to trading on AIM. These shares were issued as a result of the exercise of warrants and will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Details of the warrants can be found within the Admission Document.

Admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence in these shares on 26 July 2010.
