Antigua Cruise Port Development Project website launch

As previously disclosed on 1st February 2019, Global Ports Holding Plc ("GPH" or "Group"), the world's largest independent cruise port operator, announced that, it had signed a 30-year concession agreement with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda for cruise port operations in Antigua on an exclusive basis.

The Antigua Cruise Port Development project has launched an information website to help inform the people of Antigua and Barbuda of their plans for St John's cruise port. Please see www.antiguacruiseport.com for more details on this exciting project.

The Group and the Government of Antigua and Barbuda continue to work towards commencement of the concession. GPH is in advanced stage discussions with local and international banks over long term bank financing for the concession. Full financial closure and commencement of the concession is expected to occur in H1 2019, although there can be no certainty as to the timing or that the final conditions will be satisfied. A further announcement will be made when it is appropriate to do so.
