SRT Marine Systems plc, a global provider of intelligent maritime surveillance systems for sovereigns and navigation safety systems for commercial and leisure vessels is pleased to advise of the following corporate events.

ANNUAL RESULTS: Wednesday 22nd October 2025

Annual Results for the year ending June 2025 will be released on Wednesday 22nd October 2025.

WEBCAST: 08:00am, Wednesday 22nd October 2025

On Wednesday 22nd October 2025 at 08:00am, Simon Tucker, SRT CEO, will host an open live webcast which can be viewed online by anyone by following the below instructions. The unedited recording of the webcast will be available in the investor section of our website later the same day. Questions to be answered by Simon during the webcast can be submitted by email prior to the event using [email protected] or live during the event using the webcast viewing portal.

Anyone may view the webcast live on the day in complete privacy. In order to view the webcast live, please follow the below instructions a few minutes before 8:00am on Wednesday 22nd October 2025 (the day of the webcast). 

1. In your web browser go to https://srt-marine.com/about/investors/ and scroll down the page to the "JOIN US FOR OUR NEXT INVESTOR WEBCAST" section. 

2. Click on "Register Today", this will take you to an information page providing brief details of the webcast and a registration button, which, once completed will give you immediate access to the live webcast. We recommend that this is done a few minutes prior to the start of the webcast which will start promptly at 8:00am.

3. During the webcast you may submit questions using the "ask a question" text box on your viewing page. These are immediately displayed to Simon to answer live. Please note that your question and any other personal details are not publicly displayed, logged or disclosed.

AGM & INVESTOR OPEN DAY: Thursday 4th December 2025

Our AGM will be held on Thursday 4th December 2025. This will comprise of an investors open day from 09:00am at SRT, Wireless House, Midsomer Norton, followed by the formal AGM commencing at 11:00am at Centurion Hotel, Midsomer Norton, followed by a buffet lunch. Anyone interested in SRT is invited to attend, whether or not they hold shares. The morning will allow interested parties to meet a range of SRT people and view our facilities.
