Annual Results Date

Further to the announcement on 14 June 2010 by the Company that its results for the year ended 31 March 2010 will be released on 7 July 2010, the Company can confirm that accounts audited in accordance with Indian GAAP will be announced on 7 July 2010. The auditors for the Company, Price Waterhouse, have stated that due to a change in their internal review guidelines, their process will take two more weeks to review the accounts prepared in accordance with IFRS. As this development is beyond the control of the Company, the annual results prepared in accordance with IFRS, will now be announced on 19 July 2010.

The meeting for analysts and various institutional meetings remain as scheduled on 7 July 2010 and thereafter.
