Annual Results and AGM Dates

Atlas Mara Limited ("Atlas Mara", or "the Company"), the sub-Saharan African financial services group, is pleased to announce that it will publish its audited full year results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on 26 April 2016.

The company will update the market on its operational and financial progress during 2015 and its strategic ambitions for 2016 and beyond on an investor call at 9.00am EST / 2.00pm BST on that day. Full details for the conference call will be in the results announcement.

Atlas Mara also confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held in New York City at 375 Park Avenue (21st floor), New York, NY, 10152 on 9 June 2016.
