The notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held at 11.00am on 25 May 2012 at 1 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS, is also available on the website.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on or around the 24 April 2012.
