ANNUAL REPORT & NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Dixons Retail plc (the "Company"), one of Europe's leading specialist multi-channel electrical retail and services companies, has today published its 2012/13 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2013. Both documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. The refreshed corporate website, is even more user friendly, with better search and navigation, making it easier to find out more about Dixons Retail, its business model and strategy, as well as its performance.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.30am on Thursday 5 September 2013 at the Holiday Inn London - Bloomsbury, Coram Street, London WC1N 1HT.
Additional information, required to be made available by the Company under Rule 6.3.5R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, was included in the Company's Preliminary Announcement of Results released on 20 June 2013.
