Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy

RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, the notice convening the Group's 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and form of proxy, have been posted to shareholders today.

The 2018 Report and Accounts and notice of 2019 AGM are available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at https://ir.rpsgroup.com and copies of the documents, along with the form of proxy, have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

RPS also announces that its 2019 AGM will be held on Wednesday, 1 May 2019 at the offices of DLA Piper UK LLP, 160 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HT, commencing at 10.00 a.m.
