Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report

The Company has today sent its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2011 ("Annual Report") together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting is convened to be held at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, No. 6 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, Ireland, on 12 June 2012 at 12 noon.

Copies of the Annual Report and the AGM Notice will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.petroceltic.ie.
