(AIM: GDG), one of the largest independent companies involved in the production of CBM gas and the distribution and sale of wholesale gas in China, announces that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2011 and the Notice of its Annual General Meeting which is to be held at Smith & Williamson, 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY on 12 July 2012 at 2:30pm.
