RPC Group Plc, Europe's leading supplier of rigid plastic packaging, announces that copies of the above documents are being posted to shareholders today. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2012, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will also be available on the Company's website at www.rpc-group.com.

The preliminary results statement, containing information required under rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules was released on 12 June 2012 under the headline "Final Results" and is also available on the Company's website.
