Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy
RPS, a leading multi-sector global professional services firm, announces that the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, the notice convening the Group's 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM), and form of proxy, have been posted to shareholders today.
The 2019 Report and Accounts and notice of 2020 AGM are available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at https://ir.rpsgroup.com and copies of the documents, along with the form of proxy, have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
RPS also announces that its 2020 AGM will be held on Thursday, 30 April 2020 at the offices of RPS, 20 Western Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4SH, commencing at 10.00 a.m.
Further to UK Government instructions issued on Monday 23 March 2020, shareholders are strongly advised that they should not attend the AGM in person but to submit their votes by proxy. Further details can be found in the notification on the Group's website.
