Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Tangent Communications plc, a leading provider of Intelligent Marketing and Technology, has published its Annual Report for the year ended 28 February 2010, which was posted to shareholders on 6 August 2010.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9AH on Tuesday 31 August 2010 at 11 a.m. 

The Company announces that the Record Date for the final dividend will be 27 August 2010, with a payment date of 27 September 2010. Payment of the dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
