Ikigai, (LON:IKIV) an investment company established to acquire businesses focused on having a strong positive social impact, announces the publication of the Company's Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2023.

Ikigai further announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at the registered office of the Company at Martello Court, Admiral Park, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3HB on Wednesday 29 November 2023 at 10:00am (GMT).
