Annual Report, Notice of AGM

IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Company"), the developer of intellectual property based businesses, has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, the following documents have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do:

The 2012 Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on Wednesday 2 May 2012 at the Company's offices at 24 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3ND.
