ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

Following the release on 6 June 2018 of its final results for the year ended 31 March 2018, the Company announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts.

The Company also announces that its annual general meeting will be held at 12.00 noon on 18 July 2018 at Stationers' Hall, Ave Maria Lane, London EC4M 7DD.

Copies of the annual report and accounts, the notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy will shortly be available on the Company's website at
