KEY DATES RELATING TO THE FINAL DIVIDEND

Following the Preliminary announcement made on 5 March 2015, the Company now announces that the following documents are being mailed today to its registered shareholders:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014;

· Notice of the Annual General Meeting; and

· Form of Proxy.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available for viewing on and downloading from the Company's website www.communisis.com/investors/agm-documents from 2 April 2015 and from the same date and website, there will be available for viewing: a statement of the total number of shares in the Company in respect of which members are entitled to exercise voting rights at the Annual General Meeting; and the total voting rights members are entitled to exercise at that meeting.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 12 noon on 7 May 2015 at the offices of Eversheds LLP, 1 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS

Detailed below are the key dates regarding the final dividend.

16 April 2015 - ordinary shares marked ex-dividend.

17 April 2015 - record date for entitlement to the final dividend.

15 May 2015 - payment date for the final dividend.

The rate of the final divided proposed for approval by the Annual General Meeting is 1.33 pence per share.
