Oslo, 26th of March 2026 The Board of Directors has approved the annual report and the annual accounts for approval by the General Meeting. Please find attached the report and auditors report in its entirety. Highlights: The turnover in 2025 was NOK 10,325,365 for the group. The operating result was NOK -34,468,460 The loss in the group, NOK -36,803,557, is mainly due to depreciation of previous R&D efforts, payroll costs including a non-cash item of 7,869,872 connected with the company’s option program, and other general operating expenses.
Cash flow and operating expenses are as expected. The group's cash balance was NOK 37,002,186 at the end of 2025.
