ANNUAL REPORT FILED & NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Further to the Company's annual results announcement dated 8 March 2012 , the Directors of the Company confirm that the annual report and financial statements of the Company (the "Annual Report") for the year ended 31 December 2011 have been posted to shareholders on 22 March 2012. The Company has also sent Notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") which will be held on 2 May 2012 at 9.00am at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1AP.
