Publication of Annual Report, ESG Report, and Notice of AGM

Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ) announces that, following the release on 1 April 2025 of results for the year ended 31 December 2024, its 2024 Annual Report has been published today, together with the complementary Environmental, Social and Governance ('ESG') Report.

The Notice convening the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ('the AGM') has also been issued. The AGM is to be held at 1400 BST on Thursday 22 May 2025 at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Fruit & Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London, E1 6PW.

Serica Energy is a British independent oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of UKCS assets. Serica has a balance of gas and oil production. The Company is responsible for about 5% of the natural gas produced in the UK, a key element in the UK's energy transition.
