Annual Report Directorship Clarification
The Company wishes to notify shareholders that, shortly following the audit sign-off on the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2018 today ("Annual Report"), it came to the notice of Scotgold that, Peter Hetherington, non-executive director of the Company, has stepped down from his role as CEO of IG Group Holdings Plc with immediate effect today. Mr Hetherington's biography in the Annual Report does not reflect this point. All other information in the Annual Report remains unchanged.
