SnackTime notifies that the Annual Report for the period ended 27 March 2015 has been despatched to shareholders as is available at www.snacktime.com. On page 6 of the Annual Report reference is made to the expectation that trading in the Company's shares on AIM will resume on 16 March 2016. At this point the Company is continuing to discuss timing for restoration of trading in its shares with its advisers. A further announcement will be made in due course.
