AEC Education the provider of educational services in Europe and the Far East confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 has been posted to shareholders. Copies are available on the Company's website, www.aeceducationplc.co.uk 

As a result of the publication and posting of the Report and Accounts, the Company is pleased to announce that trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will resume from 07.30 a.m. on 19 August 2016.
