Petra announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2015 (the "2015 Annual Report") has been published and is available to view on the Company's website www.petradiamonds.com.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom at 9:00am GMT on 30 November 2015.

The 2015 Annual Report and related AGM documents will be posted to shareholders on 29 October 2015.
