Starvest plc ("Starvest" or the "Company") announces that it is posting to shareholders its Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2014.

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place at 30 Finsbury Square London EC2P 2YU on 10 December 2015 at 11.00 am. The notice of the AGM is included within the Annual Report being posted to shareholders and a copy of the notice is also available on the Company's website, www.starvest.co.uk.
