Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2017

Air Partner plc (the Company), the global aviation services group, released its preliminary announcement of results for the year ended 31 January 2017 (Annual results announcement) on 27 April 2017. Further to the Annual results announcement, the Company confirms that it has today made available to shareholders the following documents:

· Annual Report 2017

· Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting

· Form of Proxy for Annual General Meeting

In compliance with DTR 6.3.5 (3), the Annual Report 2017 and Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting will be available shortly to download from the Company's website at: http://www.airpartner.com/en/investors

In compliance with LR 9.6.1R and LR 9.6.3R, copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 28 June 2017 at 11am at 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, West Sussex, RH6 0PA.
