LondonMetric Property Plc (the "Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders today and are available for viewing on the Company's website at www.londonmetric.com 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting, the Directors' responsibility statement and a description of the risks and uncertainties for the Company are contained within the Annual Report and Accounts, and all of the above documents will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM  

The Company previously announced its Annual Results for the year ended 31 March 2018 on 30 May 2018.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at The Connaught, Carlos Place, Mayfair, London W1K 2AL on 11 July 2018 at 10.00 a.m.
