Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Revolution announces that the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report") and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2019 ("Notice of AGM") have been published and were sent to shareholders on 25 October 2019.
The annual general meeting will take place on Tuesday 26 November 2019 at the Revolution Bar, 140-144 Leadenhall Street, London EC3V 4QT.
In accordance with LR 9.6.1, copies of the Annual Report and the Notice of AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and on Revolution's website at www.revolutionbarsgroup.com.
