CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care services in the UK, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2016 and the notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held on 7 March 2017 at 10.00am at CareTech's headquarters, Metropolitan House, 3 Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN6 1AG.
