Impellam announces that copies of the 2010 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Proxy Voting form have been sent to all registered shareholders and will be made available for viewing on the Company's website, www.impellam.com.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Cenkos Securities plc, 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London, EC2R 7AS at 10.00am on 22 June 2011.
