Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company has today published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Annual Report") on the Company's website at www.hastingsplc.com.

The Annual Report, together with the 2020 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be sent to shareholders on or about 14 April 2020. A copy of the Annual Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection. Please note that the location of the AGM, as stated in the Annual Report, has changed and will now take place at 11.00am on Thursday 21 May 2020 at Conquest House, Collington Avenue, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3LW.
