Good Energy Group plc, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 and Notice of AGM have been posted to shareholders.
The Company will be holding the AGM at Chippenham Town Hall, High Street, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ER at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday 29 May 2013.
