Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Following the release on 16 May 2013 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2013, Shanks Group plc announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2013.

The Company also announces that its 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on Thursday 25 July 2013 at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadgate House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA. 

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available to view on the Company's website at www.shanksplc.com/agm2013 and have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM

Hard copies of these documents have also been mailed to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications.
